- Performance and Profit Improvement: We identify any necessary improvements to make your operation perform better, whether through cost savings, improved processes, staff, products or markets.

Developing a strategy for the future and creating a focus for everyone in the company is essential, whatever stage your company is at. - Company Turnaround: We help companies that have seemingly intractable problems. We will examine the business and develop a working plan to stop the deterioration, and reverse the financial decline. We will put in an Interim Turnaround specialist to take control and implement the recovery plan. This is not easy, but we will work with you to try to make sure you and your business continue trading and have a bright future.
- Board Effectiveness Review: Many boards are less effective than they could be. The effectiveness of the board determines the effectiveness of the organisation, and thus the success of the business. Our Board Effectiveness Review examines in detail how the board works, the information provided and how it is used, measures the board against “best practice”, and reports on how effective your board is and what measures are appropriate to improve.
- Mentoring: Michael Wilton-Cox, founder and Managing Consultant, mentors people who are starting up in business, to provide the advice and support they need to get up and running successfully, and also mentors established senior managers who need support during particular stages in their business careers.
- Integration, Merger, Joint Ventures/Partnerships: smoothly facilitating the merger or take-over of businesses, or helping to negotiate and implement Joint Ventures and Partnerships, ensuring the maximum benefit is achieved in the minimum time, with the least fuss.
